The units were immaculate and the staff were lovely people at the Chanalai Garden Resort higher management. The breakfast was very good for vegetarians and the food was reasonably priced.

The hotel was well-maintained, it had service-oriented staff especially in the restaurant wendy nokky chonny and reception dear the manager and june. Had central location in all common area. And it was also adjacent to shops, beach, shopping and decent restaurants. 

It had beachfront location close to Italian Job.

The staff were ready to help, very friendly team. The restaurant was very comfortable with bland food here, I had distinguished dishes. The view over the sea was panoramic.

Everyone here was skilled and competent.

Had very nice stay for yet another night and the weather was glorious. The room was beautifully maintained and freshly renovated, included a spacious wardrobe and blinds. They offered lots of options 

It suited the needs, had a good stay for wonderful service at the pool bar. The breakfast was large and savoury at egg station, the staff was caring. Obviously we truly enjoyed the nice location on the hill for those who are 

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Excellent value place with responsive employees that is service minded. Central location, unique base for discovering Kata Beach. Great trip in this very nice area.

The restaurant was really nice with bland food, I tried appetising dishes. The location was ideal, well-trained staff that is service minded. I randomly popped in Kappa's Coffee serving some pastries, located at a short distance from the hotel, it was nice.  

The hotel was great, I really enjoyed it, especially the mountain view. The room was immaculate, with an outdoor bathroom. Lovely staff that were ready to help.

Good staff, impressive room with mountain views. A good choice of facilities such as: a minibar, a safe, and a large wardrobe.

The location in a great quiet area was stunning and fantastic and there were a night market and a local market nearby.

Facilities were very well maintained, nevertheless Wi-Fi was bad.

Very nice experience there. Special hotel with stunningly beautiful view of the sea. Incredible and amazing location, restaurants and cafés near the property. Plentiful places to eat like restaurants and cafés in the area. Brand-new 

My room was air-conditioned and a nice size with an unbroken bath tub. Very efficient staff that is service minded, the breakfast was savoury and well assorted.

The hotel is special and fairly clean, has spectacular views of the beach. The rooms are beautifully maintained and brand-new, with excellent air-conditioning, a nice-sized balcony and climate control.
